Since then, his main accomplishment as Majority Leader is to accept supoenas from the NYS Attorney General's office. This from Liz:

The Bronx Board of Elections was served with a subpoena by AG Andrew Cuomo in connection with his ongoing probe into Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada Jr., sources confirm.

A source briefed on the subpoena said the AG's office is seeking 2008 Senate petitions for the 33rd SD.

This guy is a walking, talking election law violation. The worst kind of Senator we need in Albany...and they all fought over his support this summer so they could control the Senate payroll.

We need to replace as many of them as possible.
